New church a target a for burglars, thieves

While Christ The King Church and its minister, Derrick Raybon, have been welcomed by community leaders to Slaton, some residents have seen the church as more of a target than a house of worship.

Since moving his small building to Slaton to begin the new church, it has been burglarized three times, the most recent last week.
