Slaton sees rise in July sales tax rebates

The City of Slaton saw an increase in sales tax revenues for the month of July. 

Slaton received $55,065.55 in July, a 0.33 percent increase from July 2024’s $54,883.49. 

Year-to-date, Slaton has received rebates totaling $464,832.30 in July, a 5.67 percent decrease from July 2024’s $492,782.37.

Buffalo Springs, Ransom Canyon and Wilson saw an increase over the same time last year.
