SEDCO to sponsor Christmas on the Square

Slaton Development Corporation directors saw a sample of an ordinance for Type B and agreed to sponsor Christmas on the Square.

Executive Director Barbara Hopper showed the board the language for the ordinance to establish a Type B corporation to go along with SEDCO’s current Type A designation.

Underwood Law Firm in Lubbock is still researching the parameters and language for the ballot initiative.
