Women’s Division to host final garage sale

After more than 40 years of service to the community, the Women’s Division of the Chamber of Commerce is dissolving.

That said, they’re going out in style with their biggest fundraiser: the annual garage sale, which will be Friday (May 3) from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. and Saturday (May 4) from 8 a.m.-noon from at the Earl Powell Center at 5th St. and Powers.

Melissa Buxkemper, head of the sale, said there will be all sorts of items for sale from Christmas to kitchen and other miscellaneous items.  “There is something for everyone.
she said.

Moneys raised will go toward scholarships.
