SHS Class of 2019 celebrates 12 years of hard work, success

Tears of joy, happiness and accomplishment were shed Thursday (May 23) as the more than 80 graduates of the Slaton High School Class of 2019 tossed their mortarboards into the air.

Prior to commencements, the students came out with roses to present to family members, thanking them for their years of help to get where they were that day.
