Legacy Park was loud with laughter, music and fun Saturday (June 1) during the opening night of Movies on the Wall.

Guests practiced their roping skills, played games of cornhole, danced to “Baby Shark” and other hits, or just relaxed and visited.

As the sun set, they went to their chairs to watch “Sing!”

Approximately 60 people attended the event, which will continue for eight more weeks this summer.

Chad Wilson with Movies on the Wall said the schedule for the summer has been shuffled starting this week. The altered schedule is due to licensing requirements.

The rest of the season will be:

June 8 – “The Lego Movie”

June 15 – “Moana”

June 22 – “Despicable Me”

June 29 – “Wonder”

July 6 – “Field of Dreams”

July 13 – “Coco”

July 20 – “The Greatest Showman”

July 27 –  “Up”

Individual movies are $3 each and season tickets to watch all the movies are $20. Guests will need to bring a blanket or lawn chair.

A concession stand is available; however no coolers or alcohol are allowed. Centennial Bank has donated free popcorn for the movies all season.

Movies start at sundown.
