Ransom Canyon dedicates new bridge crossing stream

A long sought dream came true last Sunday (June 2) when the newly built suspension bridge across the stream dividing the north and south side of the canyon was dedicated.
Three concerned citizens decided the bridge would be a real benefit to Ransom Canyon residents. These citizens called themselves “The Little Red Hen Group.” Some may recall this children’s story first published in 1918 told the story of the industrious little red hen who made things happen.
