City approves termination of Type A Corporation

City of Slaton Commissioners approved a resolution to terminate the Slaton Economic Development Type A Corporation, approving a plan and authorized the preparation and execution of all documents necessary to do so Monday evening (Dec. 9) during its regular monthly meeting.

The vote will allow the process for SEDCO to change from Type A to Type B to continue.
