Police arrest 3 in 2 separate cases

The Slaton Police Department was involved in two cases that lead to the arrest of two people on several major charges, and a third on a lesser charge.

Sgt. Steve Dekraker said one occurred Friday (Dec. 6) in the 800 block of Panhandle St.

Mark Alonzo, 28, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, penalty group one, with intent to deliver between four and 200 grams.

The second occurred in the 1500 block of Division St. Dec. 4.

Randy Dominguez, 38, was arrested on charges of tampering with or fabricating with physical evidence, escape from custody, theft less than $100, Possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than a gram, and counterfeiting.
