SPD arrests 1 in package thefts

The Slaton Police Department has arrested a man in a string of missing packages from the Slaton Post Office.

Joseph Michael Hamilton, 30, of Slaton was arrested on charges of theft greater than $2,500 with priors and evading arrest on foot.
