Icy rain causes power outages

Ice still adorns a fence outside of Wilson Wednesday morning (Oct. 28) as warmer temperatures thaw it out. Icy rains on Oct. 26 and 27 caused power outages and multiple accidents. Power took several days to fully restore in the County.
