Slaton sees bump in November sales tax rebates

The City of Slaton saw an increase in its November sales tax rebate compared to the previous year’s totals.

Slaton received $74,172.76 in November, a 17.38 percent increase from November 2019. Year-to-date, Slaton has received rebates totaling $624,303.57, a 5.58 percent increase from the 2019 year-to-date total of $591,289.65.

Ransom Canyon and Wilson saw an increase, while Post and Buffalo Springs saw a  decrease.
