South Plains Veterinary Clinic to host back to school event Saturday

South Plains Veterinary Clinic will host a back to school rabies clinic Saturday (Aug. 21) from 2-4 p.m. at Slaton City Hall, 130 S. 9th St. in Slaton.

There will be food, fun and vaccinations offered.

The first 100 rabies shots are free for dogs and cats.

There will also be face painting, a bounce house, balloon animals and more for the children. Pet adoptions are available. All other vaccinations will be available as well.
