Cold weather in Slaton

Snow adorns the top of First United Methodist Church  after snow fell Wednesday afternoon (Jan. 26). The snow didn’t last long, but colder weather was predicted Wednesday and today (Feb. 2 and 3), possibly dropping more snow on the City. Photos of this week’s snowfall (Feb. 2) and a round up will be published in the Feb. 10 edition of the paper.
