Genealogical Society to meet Sept. 10

South Plains Genealogical Society invites all to its next meeting Sept. 10 at Mahon Library’s Community Room from 10 a.m.-noon.

The meetings are free and open to the public.

Ron Dingle will be presenting Trains and Windmills.

The impact these two inventions made upon settlers to new areas is surprising.

All are invited to attend and find out what they may not have known.
