Final voting results of the amendment election announced

The full unofficial results of the City of Slaton amendment election to the City Charter conducted Nov. 8 have been reported.

All 23 amendments passed in the vote. They will be made to the Charter once canvassing is completed.

An unofficial total of 1,036 Slaton voters made their selections in the election.

Each proposition is summarized, listed with the For and Against votes, and can be found at the Lubbock County Election’s Office’s website: www.votelubbock.org.
