SEDCO conducts public hearing

The Slaton Economic Development Corporation conducted a public hearing for Slaton Farmer’s Market and Quality DEF Solutions Thursday afternoon (Dec. 15) during its monthly meeting.

The hearing was opened at 12:02 p.m. and when no one spoke, it was closed at 12:06.

Slaton Farmer’s Market requested a grant of up to $10,000 for a metal building that will be used for the Sunday Farmer’s Markets and for dine in space during Steak Night.

Quality DEF Solutions requested a grant of up to $10,000 for an equipment incentive.
