Softball ends season, baseball to play Bi-District this weekend

The Slaton Tigerettes finished their season Saturday (April 29), losing their Bi-District series against River Road in Plainview.

They lost game one 23-1 Friday (April 28) and then 5-4 Saturday.

The sports is not over however for Tiger baseball, who finished District last week.

They will be playing River Road in a best two of three series, with game one Friday (May 5) at 8 p.m. and game two at 1 p.m. Saturday (May 6). If a game three is needed, it will be played 30 minutes after the end of game two.

Both games will be at Wayland Baptist University.
