South Plains Vet to host Back to School Bash Rabies Clinic July 29

South Plains Veterinary Clinic will conduct its annual Back to School Bash Rabies Clinic July 29 on the Town Square.

The event will start at 2 p.m. and will have rabies shots offered until 3 p.m.

There are 100 free rabies shots available.

There will also be a school supply giveaway, vendors, food trucks and kids entertainment.

South Plains Vet also currently has school supply drop off boxes at Slaton Bakery, OD Kenneys, United in Slaton and Arandas as part of a school supply donation drive.

They are collecting items through July 29 at the stores, and slips are provided to fill out to match the donation with credit to an account with SPVC.
