The Texas Air Museum has memorabilia from all over the world, including some from WWII Germany and Japan, Vietnam and other countries.
Last Tuesday (July 18) however, it had Julien C. Hyer Lions Youth Camp participants from Italy, Norway, Uganda, Finland, Spain, Denmark, Lithuania, Germany, and – at least its own Republic from 1836-45, Texas.
Eleven campers ranging from age 17-20 visited the museum as part of their annual camping event.
They were given a tour by Mike DeLano as well as other volunteers at the Museum. They had the opportunity to get up close to planes, some cases enter in them, receive a tour of the work hangar, and look at artifacts in the museum.
