54th annual St. Joseph Sausage Festival to be conducted this weekend

The 54th Annual Oktoberfest and Sausage Festival will be Oct. 21-22 at St. Joseph’s Hall.

Sausage sales will be conducted Oct. 21 from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. or sellout.

Regular, Jalapeño, and Habanero Sausage (cured and vacuum sealed) will be sold by the package.

These will be picked up the day of the event.

Price is $7 for original, $7.50 for Jalapeño and $8 for Habanero.

Oktoberfest will be Oct. 21 from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. There is  no cover charge/

Live music featuring Element, Hogg Maulies, Full Tilt Boogie, Dave Martinez, Casey Heckman, and Gospel Brass Band will be playing.

Thsoe attending are asked to bring a chair and an appetite. The event is also family friendly.

German Bier, adult drinks, soft drinks and German food will be available for purchase.

St. Joseph’s Sausage Festival will be Oct. 22 from 11 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Dinner is served from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Hall – 

The menu will feature St. Joseph German sausage, Knights of Columbus Council 2571 grilled chicken, homemade German potato salad, green beans, bread, sauerkraut, and dessert.

Plates are $15 per person 

Take-out plates available, but everyone enters through the south side door.

The Biergarten will also be open Oct. 22 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

Enjoy traditional German music under the big tent or in the Biergarten with German beer and food.

St. Joseph’s Hall is located at 21st and Division (FM 41).
