The Slaton Independent School District Board of Trustees approved extending Superintendent Shelli Crow’s contract Thursday evening (Jan. 18) during its regular board meeting.
The board went into executive session to discuss Crow’s contract, then approved it when it reconvened.
The board also approved an order for the election of Trustees for places 1, 2 and 5.
This included the notice of order of a general election, exhibits for voting and early voting, a joint contract with Lubbock County, appointing elections administrators, voting clerks, the election office and other items.
