Chamber accepting annual nominations

The Slaton Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations to honor the best who makes the community stand out. 

They want the public to nominate honorees for the Slaton Chamber of Commerce 2025 Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet.

Categories are Man of the Year, Woman of the Year, Boss of the Year, Farmer of the Year, Farmhand of the Year, Railroader of the Year and Volunteer of the Year.

 Nomination deadline is Aug. 13, and the event is set for Sept. 20.
