Banana Pudding Festival Aug. 30

The third annual Texas Banana Pudding Festival will be Aug. 30 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Slaton Bakery.

There will be four puddings available for guests to try this year along with artisans, cooks, crafters and live musicans.

The four flavors this year for the “Puddin’ Pass” are:

• Church Lady Banana Pudding

• Bourbon Banana Pudding

• Fresh Strawberry and Banana Pudding

• Key Lime Delight

Puddin’ Passes are $25 each and can be shared. 

The holder is entitled to one portion of each of the four flavors, with each cup holding approximately five ounces for each flavor.

Five dollars of every pass will benefit regional and local charities.

The Slaton Bakery is asking people to not purchase passes or vendor spots from anyone except the ticketleap site or the official Slaton Bakery Facebook page.
