Tearing down the old Senior Citizens Center

Workers started tearing down the old Slaton Senior Citizens Center Tuesday morning (March 31) after asbestos mitigation. The demolition will take several days, and those attending an event at the new Center will need to find other spots to park in. (Melissa McCaghren/The Slatonite)
