Early voting concludes Friday, General to be conducted Tuesday

Slaton sees increase in October sales tax rebates

The City of Slaton saw an increase in sales tax revenues for the month of October.  Slaton received $67,275.56 in October, a 4.43 percent decrease from October 2022’s $64,416.44.  Year-to-date, Slaton has received rebates totaling $604,468.79, a 5.62 percent decrease from the 2022 year-to-date total of $640,476.68.
