Sports schedule for the week

Here is the schedule for local sports this week:

Slaton Football will play Friday evening (Sept. 22) against Post at  7 p.m. in Post. 

Roosevelt will play Sundown at 7 p.m. Friday in Sundown.

Wilson will play Darrouzett at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Darrouzett.

Southland will play Amherst at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Amherst.

In Cross Country, the Tigers will next race Saturday (Sept. 23) at the Lubbock Independent School District Invitational at Mae Simmons Park.
