Bills Grill is now Open

Slaton welcomes a new dining destination, Bill’s Grill, which officially opened its doors on September 23rd, 2024. Located at 1901 FM 400, this local spot is already making waves with its hearty menu and welcoming atmosphere.

Bill’s Grill offers a range of mouthwatering options, from classic burgers like their normal hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and bacon cheeseburgers, to specialty items like the double meat burger, patty melt, and the spicy Jalapeño Bun Burger. If you’re not in the mood for a burger, don’t worry—there are plenty of other options. The menu also includes sandwiches, chicken strip plates, steak fingers, BBQ sandwiches, chicken fried steak, and hamburger steak. For those looking for a lighter meal, Bill’s Grill serves up fresh salads as well.

In addition to its daily offerings, Bill’s Grill features two weekly specials. Every Wednesday is “Wing Wednesday,” perfect for those craving delicious chicken wings, and Fridays bring the much-anticipated Fried Fish Plates, offering a tasty way to wrap up the week.
