Harlan places second at State FFA LDE performance

Slaton High School senior Wyatt Harlan placed second at the Texas FFA State Job Interview Leadership Development Event Contest last weekend in Huntsville.

Harlan competed against more than 600 FFA members across the state.

“He represented us at an incredibly high level, and out of over 600 FFA members across the state of Texas competing in this event, he earned the title of runner up,” said Slaton FFA advisor Blake Vineyard. “With this being his senior year, he felt incredibly thankful that he did well, but was disappointed that this LDE season had to come to an end. He competed at an incredibly high level.”
