Gibbs, Gatica receive softball honors

Kamryn Gibbs was named third team shortstop in the Texas Sports Writers Association All State Shortstop.

Sam Gatica was named honorable mention All State outfielder.

The awards are added to multiple ones they and the Regional Quarterfinal Champion Tigerette Softball team received so far this year.

The team advanced to the Regional Semifinals for the first time ever this past season, losing eventually to State Semifinalist Brock in the round.
