Ramos places 3rd to advance to state; Cogburn 5th at Regional

The Slaton High School girls powerlifting team competed at Regional this past week in Seagraves. Alice Cogburn, left, placed fifth overall in the 105 pound weight class, while Amaya Ramos placed third in the 165 pound weight class and qualified for State.
