Slaton sees drop in February sales tax rebates

The City of Slaton saw an decrease in sales tax revenues for the month of February.  Slaton received $95,796.08 in February, an 8.97 percent decrease from February 2023’s $105,244.93.  Year-to-date, Slaton has received rebates totaling $157,713.38 in February, a 5.44 percent decrease from February 2024’s $166,795.93.
