Slaton sees decrease in September tax rebates

The City of Slaton saw an increase in sales tax revenues for the month of September.  Slaton received $59,386.56 in September, a 2.31 percent decrease from September 2022’s $60,777.67.  Year-to-date, Slaton has received rebates totaling $537,193.23, a 6.74 percent decrease from the 2022 year-to-date total of $576,060.24.
