One Act Play to present show to public

Members of Slaton High School’s One Act Play, “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” presented their show Sunday evening (Feb. 23) at the school. Area cities see sizeable gains in sales tax rebates

The City of Slaton saw a increase in its’ February sales tax rebate compared to the previous year’s totals. The comparisons reset this month for the 2020 year. Slaton received $73,612.50 in February, a 8.85 percent increase from February 2019.
